There are occasions where you forgot a password to your eCommerce account. Our eCommerce platform offers a variety of 3rd-party authentication methods (Google, Facebook, Other Email). Each method has their own unique way to reset a password. Locate the method you use below and follow the instructions.
Please note, we are unable to change or reset a password for you on the eCommerce platform.
Authentication with Facebook
Please visit Facebook's help center on I can't log in to Facebook.
Authentication with Google
Please visit Google's Account Help on Change or reset your password.
Authentication with Other Email
- Click on "SIGN IN".
- Click on "Sign in using other email".
- On the log on screen, click on the link "Forgot your password".
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete a password reset.
