There are occasions where you forgot a password to your eCommerce account. Our eCommerce platform offers a variety of 3rd-party authentication methods (Google, Facebook, Other Email). Each method has their own unique way to reset a password. Locate the method you use below and follow the instructions.

Authentication with Facebook

Authentication with Google

Please visit Google's Account Help on Change or reset your password.

Authentication with Other Email

  1. Click on "SIGN IN".
  2. Click on "Sign in using other email".
  3. On the log on screen, click on the link "Forgot your password".
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete a password reset.
